Fine Pulp Mold is

An environment-friendly pulp molding plant for packaging of various products. It is a manufacturing system for fine pulp molded package by preparing slurry composed of 3% of ink-removed pulp and 97% of water and making the draft package in conformity with the exact product shape by the process of thermal forming.

What features in the processing is that it drys the draft package completely inside the mold itself, not going through the drying furnace. It allows much saving in space and guarantees outstanding smooth appearance of packages.

Considering how much the package is important for company and product image, our plant is an ultimate solution for environment package century.

Available materials for slurry

Almost all kinds of paper can be used for slurry, such as recycled newspaper, corrugate box, wasted office papers etc.
